My first photo/multi-media project ever was very different to what I do now. Shot from my car with a small consumer canon over the course of 2 months in 2007, these images were taken during my daily 9 mile commute between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid.

thanks for stopping by jack. The square was influenced by being inside a box. Commuting always reminds me of being boxed in, whether it's a train, plane, or car. The only time I ever felt free commuting was when I was riding my motorcycle. I suppose boating isn't boxed either, but that's not really commuting?

Hey one question; why the square format (I know Canon doesn't make a square format digicam). Just curious, as I too use the square format a bit.
