"rendezvous" incomplete 2008Shortly after processing this image I realized something important was missing that would have worked really well in this shot parked right off to the right in that sandy spot. A bigass muddy pickup truck. As a getaway vehicle, abandoned vehicle, someone elses vehicle, whatever... it would have added a nice element of narrative to this image. Oh well, I'm going to find a local owner of one and have him on standby if I come across a scene like this again.

Why don't you pick me up a dirty muddy ass pickup from your neighborhood and bring one up to NY for me? I'm sure there are some gnarly baja buggy's down theere in Mexico?
