"polluted martian skies of manhattan"I'm coming down from a pretty good high in NYC this past weekend. Didn't bring home the "hardware", but was more than honored to be a nominee and keep company with a fair amount of prominent names in the photography world at the NY Photo awards and the barn-burnin' after party where many a drink was consumed by all. No talk about photography or the business, just good ole' socializing and general chit-chat. Now it's back to my reclusive sanctuary in the Mountains to a much slower pace. Ahhhh....
